    Co-Founder & Director

    Background

    I’ve worked in the recruitment industry for 6 years, initially selling recruitment software to recruitment agencies, before making the move to the agency side. I specialise in permanent technology recruitment and I take great pride in my ability to understand a company’s growth in terms of culture, technology, and vision. Throughout my career, I’ve placed a wide number of candidates in the Architecture, Engineering and DevOps space, but also within the Senior Leadership and C-Suite space. As Provn’s expert in permanent recruitment, my mission is to work with our clients to find the perfect candidates who will help them achieve their business goals.

    What I love about Recruitment

    I’ve always been passionate about building relationships. I love getting to know people and learning about their unique skills and experiences. This passion for relationships is what led me to a career in recruitment. In this industry, I get to use my skills to help people find the perfect job for them. I love the feeling of making a connection between a candidate and a company that is a perfect fit for both of them – it’s incredibly rewarding to know that I’ve helped someone find their dream job.
    I also love the challenge of recruitment. It’s a constantly evolving field, and I’m always learning new things. I enjoy the challenge of staying up-to-date on the latest trends in technology and finding creative ways to source and place candidates.

    In a world filled with technology, automation, DevOps and AI, I think it’s easy to forget how important the human element is. I co-founded Provn because I truly believe by using a human focused and relationship driven approach, with the aid of technology, we can be one of best recruitment partners in the industry.

    Interesting Fact

    I’m a competitive CrossFitter and fitness enthusiast and compete in competitions across the country on a pretty regular basis. One of my favourite things about CrossFit is the community. The people I’ve met through CrossFit are some of the most supportive and encouraging people I know. They’re always there to cheer me on, even when I’m failing miserably!

      Background

      I have worked in recruitment for the best part of a decade where I have specialised in contract recruitment in technology. In my time in recruitment I have worked with candidates across the full technology landscape from Solutions Architects to Software Engineers, Product Managers and Senior Leaders.

      As Provn’s expert in contract recruitment, I am really passionate about supporting the industry and giving back – whether that’s supporting Contractors getting their first gig to creating engagement and making connections across the community.

      What I love about Recruitment

      As someone who values connections and meaningful conversations, I have the opportunity to chat with fascinating people, learning all about their passions and what motivates them in their careers. I also get to dive deep into businesses and discover what makes them tick, as well as being in a position to help them find the people who will make the difference in them hitting their growth and strategic goals.

      I also thrive on the consultative element of my role. I take great pride in being able to advise and provide guidance to businesses in helping them fine-tune their recruitment strategies as well as cultivating openness to ensure we are able to hire the perfect fit because when businesses have the right people, incredible things can happen!

      I co-founded Provn because I believe there is a need in recruitment for authenticity; something that can often get lost when there’s jobs to be filled or business to be won. The most successful experiences in recruitment that I have seen are those where there is a mutual understanding and trust, which is something that Provn looks to have with those we work with.I also strongly believe that Provn are in a privileged place to bring together communities of people who will drive the industry forward, which I find really exciting.

      Interesting Fact

      I have raced around some of the most exciting and fun tracks on the F1 calendar including Silverstone, Nurburgring and Spa. My favourite was Spa (although it was typical Spa weather and was wet). Whilst I loved the Nurburgring, those metal barriers feel like they are closing in on you…
