    Overview
    We are currently seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our client’s Enterprise Architecture team. As an integral member, you will play a key role in driving Enterprise Architecture maturity, focusing on design, documentation, and dependency mapping. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will contribute to the implementation of the firm’s business strategy and projects.
      
    Responsibilities

    • Ensure the realization of contextual and conceptual architectures by collaborating closely with domain architects.
    • Translate the firm’s business strategies and objectives into a functional operating model.
    • Implement practices in enterprise architecture to facilitate iterative and agile working methods.
    • Evaluate current capabilities and propose necessary adjustments to meet organizational goals.
    • Facilitate organizational changes across structures, processes, data, systems, and infrastructure.
    • Interpret business objectives and effectively communicate constraints, standards, and guiding principles.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and contribute to the development of policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
    • Articulate the interconnections between individuals, organization, services, processes, data, technology, and the external environment.

      
    Essential Skills and Experience

    • Possess relevant certifications such as TOGAF.
    • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Act as a consultant to various departments within the organization.
    • Stay informed about advancements in relevant technologies and assess their applicability to the organization’s needs.
    • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and proficiency in modeling within enterprise architecture tools.
    • Experience in project and program delivery, governance, and consultation.
    • Capable of identifying and evaluating alternative approaches to address challenges and issues.
    • Comprehensive understanding of business, data, applications, technology, and security architectures.
    • Utilize diverse leadership styles to positively impact team members.
    • Exhibit excellent communication skills, including active listening, both written and verbal.
    • Dedication to upholding the firm’s values and promoting the empowerment of others.
    • Ability to influence and persuade individuals beyond direct control.
